The support from senior engineers is brilliant. You’re encouraged to learn, try new things, and take initiative. That kind of environment helps you develop quickly and build confidence.

Current Contracts

Most of our projects take place outside standard hours — including large-scale LAN/WAN migrations for major retailers. We’re also known for deploying engineers at short notice, often within 12 hours, for urgent or ad hoc assignments. These roles require experienced, well-equipped engineers with transport, PPE, and solid networking knowledge.

All engineers must operate as self-employed, via a limited company (LTD), or through an umbrella company. If needed, we can arrange an umbrella setup through our trusted partner.

Pay Rates

Pay rates vary depending on factors such as location, workload, expected hours, and time of day. These rates are negotiable for ad hoc assignments.

Please review the following list of tools and confirm whether you possess or can acquire them. Failure to meet health and safety requirements, including PPE, may result in removal from the project at the client's request. For any queries, please contact us at recruitment@gentiumtech.net
